Pirates Weekend At the Beach
Ahoy Matey Pirates been spotted on Oneida Lake and they're going to make land fall at Sylvan Beach Village Thursday night with an invasion
.Every day from Thursday through Sunday they're be one or more things those Pirates dream up to cause trouble.
Thursday they kick everything off with their invasion. If that wasn't enough, they kidnap a local celebrity and hold 'em for ransom, at least the money raised will benefit local organizations and not in the Pirates pocket.
Friday the Pirate Activities kick into gear throughout the village. the best is the Grog Crawl Friday night, careful of those hard core Pirates they always be lookin' to kidnap a villager.
Saturday is a big day for the Pirates. It's family fun day and we're not talking about baseball. If you don't know you can take a lesson on how to be a Pirate from Capt. Jack, on the beach you can dig for pirates booty, little pirates will love digging for booty. The annual Pirate parade is on Saturday just south of the village.
Sunday ifin yur upyou can run or walk in the Pirate Rum Runner run/walk and don't miss the big Sand Castle Competition and it's Bloody Mary Sunday.
