Paul McCartney's Aston Martin DB5 is going to the highest bidder September 25th. McCartney bought the car back in 1964 directly from the Aston Martin factory before touring the world with the Beatles. The custom car features a Philips record player. Auctioneers H&H will be handling the auction at the Duxford Imperial War Museum in London.

"Sir Paul chose the car and its specifications and it has had several very careful owners since," said Auctioneer H&H representative Richard Caton. "This is a wonderful opportunity for an Aston enthusiast or a Beatles fan to own a unique part of motoring history." - RTTNews.com

The car is expected to sell for nearly $650,000.
