Partridge Family- I Think I Love You Enters Billboard Charts Today In 1970

I Think I Love You hit the charts today back in 1970 and would go all the way to number 1.It all started with the television show that was inspired by and loosely based on The Cowsills. The Cowsills were a family pop music group that were popular in the late 60s. They were also considered by the producers to star in the show, but because they were not trained actors the idea was abandoned. The Partridge Family aired from 1970-1974. I Think I Love You was their debut hit, it would stay at number one for three weeks in 1970 and became one of the biggest songs of the year.
