Businesses and schools in Rome are encouraged to participate in 'Paint The Town Purple' to show support for Relay for Life and those battling cancer. Will you help?

Show off your purple, use purple ribbon, purple balloons, purple candy, wear purple, decorate purple, go purple!

Relay For Life in Rome is doing their annual ‘Paint the Town Purple’ to raise excitement for their upcoming Relay For Life on June 3rd and to show support for all those battling cancers.

Paint the Town Purple starts May 1st, with judging on May 3rd for businesses and May 4th for Schools. The best decorated and most enthusiastic will get special recognition and awards at the Relay For Life event on June 4th at closing ceremonies.
It’s free to participate and if you want to have the volunteers stop by to judge your decorations, contact Robert Elinskas of Relay For Life at 315.724.8126 or email at robert.elinskas@cancer.org. You could win some neat awards.
