Oscar the Parrot tricks workers into thinking someone needs assistance inside the house when he repeats the word 'help' over and over.

We had a deck built on the back of the house by a couple of retired shop teachers. During the building of the deck they heard a voice they couldn't place, but thought it might be coming came from inside the house. You'll notice the windows in the video, those allowed Oscar to watch the workers and he would talk when they moved out of his field of vision. I'm sure you can imagine the frustration with the workers wondering who was yelling help and if they should call the police or fire department.
