Oneida City Police conducted a surprise Christmas raid that will bring tears to your eyes.

Members of the Oneida City Police Department & Police Benevolent Association surrounded the home of Todd & Kristen Worden. They brought their cop cars with lights blazing and were all armed with Christmas gifts.

The Worden's son Evan suffers from Mowat-Wilson syndrome, a mental retardation syndrome usually associated with multiple health defects and recognizable facial properties caused by a genetic mutation. The medical expenses has left little for the holidays.

Oneida City Police helped bring a little cheer for Christmas to a family who gives back year round. "Even though the Worden family have endured their fair share of hardships and struggles in their personal lives, they continues to work relentlessly and donate their time to help raise funds for organizations, including the Special Olympics."

Kristen Worden says she's still in shock at the generosity of the Oneida Police Department. "Words can not describe what they did for me and my family. I can't say thank you enough."
