Get ready for the most romantic story you’ll ever read of a real life couple who just passed away. Their names are Floyd and Margaret Nordhagen and they passed away holding each others hands.

Even though this story sounds like one out of a Nicholas Sparks novel, it really happened.

Spokane, North Idaho News

92-year-old Floyd Nordhagen, and his 88-year-old wife Margaret have to be a picture perfect couple.

Floyd is described as someone everyone like, a man who would help anyone in need, and a husband who always took great care of his wife, who suffered from Alzheimer’s. A family friend says one day Floyd stopped him and said, make sure you always hug and kiss your wife, that is something I do everyday. According to reports, Floyd and Margaret were found holding hands in the car after the accident. Their son is saying he thinks his mom probably grabbed Floyd’s hand when the accident happened. Both died at the scene of the accident.

I don’t know about you, but I hope I can be half the man Floyd was to my Fiance. He seems like such a romantic that all men should learn from his lessons.   Was Cupid Real?- Facts About The God Of Love
