Its almost 2013 and by now most of us have already made our New Years Resolutions. But do we keep them, and if so for how long? Here are a few of the most common ones that probably get broken the fastest.

1) Smoking and drinking- Giving up one bad habit is hard enough, but when you try to give up two together forget it. They both compliment each other. If you are out having a social drink you think maybe one smoke wont hurt, next thing you know you are out buying a pack. And the rest as they say is history.

2) Cutting back on calories- Most of us tend to go to the extreme by just about starving ourselves. That is a no no, because sooner or later those midnight snacks turn into twice as much as we were eating before we made the resolution.

3) Putting things off until the last minute- Not happening, once a procrastinator always a procrastinator. Have a safe and Happy New Year. And for those of you that did make New Years Resolutions, I hope you can keep them. I know I can't.
