New Restaurant Coming To Seneca Turnpike

What's this?  "Adventure" and "Steak" used together in a sentence?

I just drove by the old Ponderosa on Seneca Turnpike in New Hartford and noticed this new sign.  "A New Adventure in Steak" certainly sounds intriguing!  Ponderosa didn't last very long on their second time around at that location.  Anyone have details on what will be moving in here?  Local restaurant or chain?

(Ed: it looks like Bonanza Steakhouse may be the new restaurant coming to this location.)
