The Oneida Indian Nation announced plans to open a new wine and spirits superstore in Chittenango. Construction on the 17,000 square foot store is expected to start as early as next month, and should be open by November.

The Tin Woodsman's Flask, as it will be called will be located in the former Chittenango Plaza, now Emerald City Plaza. The superstore will be one of the largest liquor stores in Central New York and will feature a variety of wine and spirits, including a section for products from New York wineries and distilleries, as well as craft brands not normally sold by smaller retail liquor stores.

The store is currently seeking a General Manager and plans to hire more than a dozen employees for both full and part time positions.
