New Hop Variety Appears In Brooklyn Brewery Beers [VIDEO]
Not to get too technical here, but I just read that there’s a new hop variety now being used by the Brooklyn Brewery. Here’s the full story.
According to beerpulse.com:
“From the breeders of Citra® YCR 394 cv, Mosaic™ HBC 369 cv, and Simcoe® YCR 14 cv hops comes the latest varietal release – Equinox™ HBC 366.
These hops are generally some of the most sought-after in the industry.
In the video, Brooklyn Brewmaster, Garrett Oliver, discusses Equinox™.”
OK, the above information is a wee-bit over my head, so let’s watch the video and let the brewmaster explain it. And after watching it, it is really is very interesting.
