Mysterious Black Eyed Lady Wandering Watertown

Watertown residents finally unraveled the mystery of a woman who was spotted wandering the neighborhood in the the middle of the night.

An elderly woman with a black eye, and a plastic bag, was seen walking through a Watertown neighborhood at 2:30 in the morning on July 22nd. Martin Turney had been studying video, and pictures ever since, in the hopes of identifying the lady, but now it appears the mystery has finally been solved.

Thanks to Facebook, Martin received an update that notified him who the woman was.
