Wanted for grand larceny 3rd degree, falsifying business records 1st degree
CHRISTINA SMITH is wanted by the New York State Police and the city of Beacon Justice Court following a Grand Larceny and Falsifying Business Records investigation. The investigation revealed Smith illegally received unemployment insurance benefits while gainfully employed at the time. Smith fraudulently obtained said monies by providing false statements to the New York State Department of Labor. On August 30th, 2017, a warrant was issued by the city of Beacon Justice Court ordering Smith’s arrest.

JOHN H. MOTYKA

Wanted for grand larceny 4th degree
John H. Motyka is wanted by the New York State Police for stealing cash in the amount of $2,931 from the American Legion in Wayland, NY. Motyka pled guilty to Grand Larceny in the 4th degree and failed to appear for his next scheduled court appearance.

Wanted for criminal possession of stolen property 5th degree
Manuel Tapia-Acosta was arrested for numerous vehicle and traffic law violations. While being interviewed by troopers, it was determined that he had a suspended New York State D permit only. The investigation also revealed the plate on the vehicle operated by TAPIA-ACOSTA was stolen from New York City. He failed to return to court and an Arrest Warrant was issued from the Town of Chester Court. TAPIA-ACOSTA has full tattoo sleeve on his left arm of a koi fish floral pattern.

Wanted for criminal possession of stolen property 4th degree
JEFFREY S. BARTLETT, JR. is wanted by the New York State Police on a felony Bench Warrant issued September 24, 2017 by the Oswego County Court. BARTLETT is wanted for failure to appear in court regarding an October 2010 charge of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th degree.

Wanted for driving a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs
LONDON T. VAUGHN is currently wanted by the New York State Police in Deposit on a Bench Warrant after failing to appear in court on the charge of Driving a Motor Vehicle While Ability Impaired by Drugs. His Bench Warrant was issued by the Town of Hancock Court on September 7, 2016. VAUGHN has several tattoos on his arms including: “Love”, “LRM”, “LRJ”, lips and a flower.

Wanted for criminal impersonation 2nd degree, false personation, facilitation aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree
Michael J. Bulson is wanted on Bench Warrant issued from the Town of Moreau Court for the above charges. In February 2016, as a passenger in a motor vehicle, he provided another name to conceal his identity and the discovery of other warrants at that time. Bulson also allowed another individual to operate a motor vehicle knowing the operator had 10 suspensions.

Wanted for grand larceny 3rd degree
Labros Soumas is wanted by the New York State Police and the Champlain Town Court for stealing over $16,000 from Key Bank in Champlain. Soumas deposited several fraudulent checks and then removed the cash from the account in August 2009. He is believed to be living in Lilebizard, Quebec.

Troop L, SP VALLEY STREAM
Wanted for driving while intoxicated, traffic violations
Ivette Languasco-Martinez is wanted by the New York State Police and Nassau County First District Court for the above charges. In 2017, Languasco-Martinez was stopped by Troopers on the Southern State Parkway and was subsequently arrested on the above charges. Languasco-Martinez was operating a white Acura at the time of her arrest. The defendant’s last known address is in West Hempstead, NY.
