UPDATE: Troop K Warrant Wednesday individual (4/19/17) arrested.

Original Post: WAYNE E. FINGER is wanted by the New York State Police and the Dutchess County Court following his arrest for Felony DWI in March of 2016. Finger was charged with DWI following a traffic stop on County House Road for speeding. When Finger failed to appear for court proceedings, the Dutchess County Court issued a warrant directing his arrest. Finger's last known address was in Millbrook, NY.
