Morrisville Woman Charged With Animal Cruelty

A Morrisville woman is facing Animal Cruelty charges following her arrest.

State Police say 35-year-old Ciara Neil allegedly failed to provide proper food or water to six chickens and two ducks.

The ducks were found deceased on her property located on Williams Road in the village of Munnsville.

Neil was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the eight counts of Ag and Markets Law 353: Animal Cruelty at a later date.
