The Miami Heat easily cooled off the New York Knicks on Thursday night 102-88, in the final game before the All-Star break for both teams.

Miami’s Big-Three combined for 67 points on the night, with Chris Bosh pouring in 25, Dwyane Wade adding 22 and LeBron James scoring 20.

Miami upped its record to 27-7 on the year and 15-2 at home.

The Knicks lost for just the third time in their last twelve games.

Jeremy Lin had as many points as turnovers – eight – the first time he hasn’t scored in double figures as a starter for New York. Carmelo Anthony led the team with 19 points, J.R. Smith had 14.

Steve Novak continued his hot shooting with 12 points hitting four-of-five from 3-point range.

For the third consecutive time, the Knicks missed an opportunity to move above .500. The loss drops them back to 17-18 on the year.
