Meet Dakotah- Day 8 Of The 12 Strays

Oldiez 96.1 is putting the focus on our furry friends this Holiday Season! We’ve teamed up with the New Hartford Animal Hospital and we’re proud to present “The 12 Strays Of Christmas Pet Food and Adoption Drive”! Meet our eighth pet, Dakotah the cat.

How’s it going?! Aren’t I just the most handsome guy you’ve ever seen? I thought so too. My name is DAKOTAH and I am a happy, go-lucky 9 years young fella. Sadly, my owner had to surrender my brother and I, when we all moved from out west and they couldn’t find a place that would allow them to keep me. However, they did let the friendly staff here know a little bit about me. I am very house broken and great with other cats. Prior to coming here I hadn’t had much exposure to kids or dogs, but I have had great interactions with kids since I’ve been here. I might be willing to give dogs a chance if we were introduced correctly. I just LOVE attention and sitting in the nice warm sun. I would love it if I could get the chance to warm up someone’s lap during this chilly winter weather. Could it be yours?
