Eli Manning had three touchdown passes and the New York Giants's defense was able to contain Tyrod Taylor and the Buffalo Bills, en route to a 24-10 win over the Bills at Ralph Wilson Stadium on Sunday.

After scoring just three points through three quarters, Taylor connected with running back Karlos Williams on 23-TD score to cut the Giants' lead to 16-10 early in the fourth.

But, with the Giants' offense faced a big 3rd and 3 near midfield with under eight minutes remaining, Rashad Jennings turned a back field screen-pass into a 51-yard catch and run for a touchdown to re-extend the lead.

Manning also had threw TD passes to Rueben Randle and Dwayne Harris.

While Buffalo was hampered by poor field position throughout, sloppy execution on both ends saw the Bills penalized 17 times for 135 yards. It was something Rex Ryan and company couldn't overcome, especially without two key offensive starters - LeSean McCoy and Sammy Watkins.

The Bills (2-2) are at Tennessee next Sunday. The Giants (2-2) will host the 49ers on Sunday Night Football (LIVE! on WIBX950).
