The heavy downpours over the last few days have left much of central New York under water. The National Weather Service shared photos and video of major flooding throughout the area and are reminding motorists to NEVER try and drive through flooded streets. A flash flood watch remains in effect today for Broome, Cheung, Chenango, Cortland, Madison, Onondaga, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tioga and Tompkins counties. With showers and thunderstorms predicted in Oneida County today, flooded roads are expected
