When you were little, wasn't it exciting to get a letter delivered by the mail carrier. Now you can do that for your children, grandchildren or any special children in your life.

Christmas is such a special time of year especially for children. They want to know they're on the nice list, not the naughty list. If they've been good all year, then you might like to participate in this fundraiser for the Corning-Painted Post Historical Society.

According to Syracuse.com  Heritage Village of the Southern Finger Lakes, located in Corning, will address and send personalized letters from the North Pole, signed by Santa and Rudolph's hoof print.

Letters From Santa Fundraiser

Do you remember when you were little and how excited you were to get mail? What if you had received a personalized letter from Santa Claus?

We want to help create that excitement for the special child/children in your life. Each letter is addressed to your child and will compliment them on an achievement or good deed. Letters will be sent directly to the child/children and have a postmark from the North Pole. Letters will be in a wax sealed envelope and include a parchment certificate designating the child as being on the “nice list”. This would make a great gift for a grandchild, niece, nephew, cousin or any other child in your life.
Each letter is $8. All profits from the sale of the letters benefit the Historical Society.

Orders must be placed by December 1 to ensure delivery before Christmas.

All you need to do is give them the child's information (name, address, kind deed or accomplishment). You're not limited to a certain area as they will mail out the letters to any location. [H/T Syracuse.com]
