Leap Second Day, June 30, 2015.  It is only the 26th time it's ever happened.  Tonight at 7:59 (ET) one minute will last 61 seconds to adjust atomic clock time to the earth's rotation.  No one will notice, right?  Not so fast.  Some conspiracy theorists are calling this a "mini-Y2K".  The reality is, it could have an impact on global trade, so NASDAQ is closing early and several Asian markets are opening late to avoid the "extra second bug".
