If there could be any good news in a storm, the fact that it will occur during daylight hours would most likely be the bright spot.  Unfortunately this event will be followed by two more.  Over the weekend, a mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain will move into the area.  That begins Saturday afternoon and continues into the night before changing to all rain.  Another Lake Effect Snow event could develop Sunday night into Monday.
