Linsday Lohan is hitting the guy who accused her of hit-and-run with a lawsuit. TMZ says Linds plans to sue Jose Rodriguez for demation after he said the actress was slurring and "smelled like alcohol real bad" at the time of the incident. Police and eyewitnesses say Lindsay hadn't been drinking and alcohol was not a factor in the alleged accident.

Last week a KFC diner in the Toronto-area served up a chicken burger only to find that somebody forgot to stick the chicken part in the deep fryer. The photo was snapped by his dining companion and a member of the Reddit community, who then posted it on the social news website under the headline Fried Chicken #Fail.
