James Russo Joins Murder Hill Movie Cast In Central New York

Awesome Monkey Productions (AMP) tells us of not only new additions to the cast, but also new 'Murder Hill' movies on deck.

Crunch time is close. Filming for Murder Hill is projected to start in Rome NY this May or June. There's a very aggressive schedule set up for post production. As far as a

national release date for the movie it's still unknown and hard to pinpoint, but Anna and Mark Casadei, owners of AMP, think it will be late this year or early 2018. "There will not be a lot of shooting on the weekends and we intend to take that time with the cast and crew to get out into the community with some fun events like softball games."

The good news is we're not going to have to wait for that. AMP is going to hold a private screening in Rome this fall.

There's been some exciting news with more top notch actors joining the Murder Hill cast of Tom Proctor, Marilyn Ghigliotti, and Basil Hoffman like James Russo from "Django Unchained," "Beverly Hills Cop," "The Ninth Gate" and more. 'He brings a whole new perception to the character we want him to play.' says Mark Casadei. Also joining the cast is Jeremy Spencer from Five Finger Death Punch (FFDP). Spencer will take on a role that matches his stage presence, and FFDP music will also be featured in the film.

AMP has partnered with their sister production company, FireRock Bay Pictures out of Burbank California, and will be releasing several movies in the next 4 to 5 years including two more Murder Hill movies. But, before that happens, they'll tackle the romantic comedy "Pink Slip" and a horror film called "The Metropolitan Project."

There will be lots of occasions where all the stars from Murder Hill will be staying and playing in Rome. Mark says "there will not be a lot of shooting on the weekends and we intend to take that time with the cast and crew to get out into the community with some fun events like softball games."
