2014 has been filled with anniversaries for "The Beatles", and on this day in 1964, "A Hard Day's Night" album was released in England. And that means the the signle and iconic film of the same name are 50 years old as well. Unlike their first two albums, all songs on "A Hard Day's Night", their third album, were written by Lennon-McCartney, with one tune penned by George Harrison.

I read that the critically aclaimed "A Hard Day's Night" movie is being shown on the big screen at 100 select theaters. For Beatles fans like me, I hope one of those select theaters is in the Utica-Rome area.
