How Hard Is It To Choose An Internet Identity Security Question?

Many of us can provide a security question when asked to identify our identity ranging from our mother's maiden name to our favorite pet's name growing up and town we were born in, etc. Imagine for a second that a guy exists that didn't live a life like we did and is just not meant to be secure on the internet.
