How To Help Beautify Rome

The West Dominick Street and Arts District surrounding the Capitol Theatre has been nominated for America’s Main Streets Contest and could win $25,000. Will you help?

Everyone who lives in Rome, those who used to live in Rome and those who love Rome, are the ingredients to winning the contest. This will be a fierce competition with other communities across the country, but we can do this. Are you ready? Let's go for the win!

Voting runs from May 1-28th for the semi-finalists and the winner is announced on June 5th.

The non-profit group 'Rome Main Street Alliance,' is a local member of the National Main Street Center and volunteer development organization is vying for the prize to beautify Rome.

Rome’s ACE Hardware nominated West Dominick Street and the ArtsDistrict surrounding the Capitol Theatre for the STIHL America’s Main Streets Contest as they are the local STIHL dealer.
