No we all set the clocks ahead yesterday an hour. An easy way to remember is “Spring Ahead, Fall Back”. If you forgot to fix your clocks, chances are you've been an hour late the past day or so. According to a new survey reported on from the USA Today, about 61% of Americans say they feel the effects of losing that hour of sleep worst today than any other day. Why today? Most people had to wake up at a specific time for work today and felt the pain. 40% of people surveyed say it will take them this whole to get adjusted.
