According to a new survey reported on from the USA Today, about 61% of Americans say they feel the effects of losing that hour of sleep worst today than any other day. Why today? Most people had to wake up at a specific time for work today and felt the pain. 40% of people surveyed say it will take them this whole to get adjusted.
