Have you ever wondered how much time you're wasting staring at your cell phone? I tend to look at mine almost a million times a day. I check Facebook, Twitter, the news, my emails, my calendar, the list goes on. So how much time do we end up checking our phones in a year? A new study is saying the average person spends an average of 23 full days a year on their phone. That's more than three full weeks.

So what do most people do on their phones? According to this study from Trusted Reviews, people spend about 90 minutes a day texting, using apps, going online, taking photos, checking email, and of course if you're a caveman, actually making phone calls.

90 minutes a day = 22.8 full days a year

You spend a month on your phone. Technology is great right?
