Here are the 2017 deadlines from United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx and this year Amazon.

Dec. 14 for USPS Retail Ground
Dec. 19 for First-Class Mail
Dec. 20 if you’re shipping via Priority Mail, delivery in 1-3 days
Dec. 22 Priority Mail Express Service for overnight delivery.
There are different deadlines if you’re shipping to Alaska or Hawaii or if you’re shipping items overseas, so check out the Postal Service website for more details.


Dec. 11 with FedEx SmartPost
Dec. 15 with FedEx Ground
Dec. 18 with FedEx Home Delivery
Dec. 19 with FedEx Express Saver
Dec. 20 for both FedEx 2Day and FedEx 2Day A.M.
Dec 21. with FedEx Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and First Overnight.
Packages can be delivered on Saturday, Dec. 23 for a $16 per-package delivery fee.


Dec. 18 with UPS 3 Day Select
Dec. 20 with UPS 2nd Day Air (without Saturday delivery)
Dec. 21 with UPS 2nd Day Air (Saturday delivery isn’t available in all ZIP codes)
Dec. 22 with UPS Next Day Air (with Saturday delivery)
Dec. 24 with UPS Express Critical
Dec. 25 with UPS Express Critical
