I was talking to my wife the other day about my high school reunion coming up later this year. Should I go or not go is the question.
I really can't decide if I want to go and I'm sure I'm not the first person to feel this way. I mean it's been a lot of years since I've seen these folks and it's on the west coast so it's not just a quick hour drive to get there and back. This would be a lot easier if we were close to where I grew up.

They say everybody is an arm chair quarterback and with that thought in mind wouldn't it be interesting to go back to the day you graduated and tell a much younger you 5 pieces of advice now that you have a lot of years of experience behind you.

So, let's give that a shot and put the class reunion on the back burner for the moment. Let's call this little exercise

Note To Self:

1. Live by yourself for at least 5 years

2. Go to collage and graduate

3. Kids are a blessing not a guarantee

4. Do what you love, be the best at it and the money will follow

5. Marry a person who is a good conversationalist

Did this get you to think what you might tell a much younger you? Let me know your thoughts. Oh, and let me know if you think I should go to the HS reunion.
