Herkimer Police Make Presence Known Downtown

Herkimer Police say they made several arrests on Main Street this week.

Police arrested two people for open container violations and one person for criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Another man who had four active bench warrants out of Herkimer Village Court was also arrested.

Herkimer Police Chief Mike Jory says officers will continue to make their presence known downtown.
