Help Wanted At Oneida County Sheriff’s Office

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office is hosting an open house and several job fairs while searching for Correction Officers and Deputies.

Join the Oneida County Sheriff’s Community Affairs Unit at the following locations as they look to fill current vacant part-time positions within the Oneida County Correctional Facility and a Deputy Sheriff.

• July 2nd - Retro Fitness in Yorkville from 9:00 am-12:00 pm and again from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm.
• July 9th, 2018 from 1:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Oneida County Sheriff's Office on 6075 Judd Road, Oriskany
• July 10 - July 13 Center Court at the Sangertown Mall in New Hartford from 1:00 pm until 9:00 pm.

Members of the Sheriff’s Office will be present to talk about a career in the field of Corrections along with providing job specifications, requirements, benefits, and the hiring process. Applications will also be available for those wishing to immediately apply for one of the current vacant part-time Correction Officer positions. The open house will also feature a tour of the Correctional Facility, Equipment displays, and k-9 demonstrations.
