With Saranac Thursday’s right around the corner this is some very crucial news. Beer is good.

According to a recent "Beer and Nutrition" conference at the University of Copenhagen,  as long as you spread out those beers in conjunction with a healthy meal you'll get such benefits as:

1) Preventing cardiovascular disease

2) Moderate alcohol consumption lowers the risk of diabetes, while large consumption or no consumption increases the risk.

3) Lowers the risk of osteoporosis.

But the real question is how much is too much? We all have different tolerance levels. We all will have to walk the line together to find that out. The study suggest three.
