Has Harrison Ford Been Cast As Han Solo For Star Wars 7??

I wish I could tell you that the rumor that Harrison Ford will reprise his role as Han Solo for the new Star Wars 7 movie is confirmed, but as of this writing it isn't. But, I'm gonna go ahead and believe it. I was extremely skeptical when Disney bought the franchise from Lucasfilm, but with each new announcement, I get just a little bit more excited!

Now back in the 90's when we got word that Lucas wanted to make a new trilogy to go with the first one, my feeling was that he should do the movies after Return of The Jedi first, given how advanced the actors would be in age if he didn't, but alas, he didn't listen to me, or anybody, nor has he for the past past 30-plus years! So, maybe it's a good thing that Disney is all over this. Even though we don't know for sure if we'll see Han Solo onscreen again, the original Empire Strikes Back writer Lawrence Kasdan IS officially on board as is the great J.J. Abrams. I was gonna see the movie out of sheer curiosity anyway when it comes out, but now I'm actually starting to get a little pumped, just a little... ;) But then again I was excited that Harrison was gonna do an Indiana Jones 4, and we all know how that turned out...
