Just a few days ago it was Wegman's pulled its bottled water off shelves over possible E. coli contamination, now add Hannaford Supermarkets to that list.

Niagara Bottling Co. has voluntarily extended its bottled water recall to Hannaford's house brand Nature's Place. The Hannaford Nature’s Place water being recalled has code numbers beginning with either an A or an H and “best by” dates of Dec. 8, 2016 to Dec. 16, 2016.

According to Portland Press Herald:

The UPC codes of the Shaw’s bottled water being recalled are 4567421415, 4567453026 and 4567452217. They also have “best by” dates of Dec. 8, 2016 through Dec. 16, 2016.

Niagara Bottling is no longer using the spring source because the operator did not notify the company of the incident in a timely manner.

Symptoms of E. coli contamination can include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, and cramping. If you believe you purchased the recalled water, Hannaford is urging customers to not drink the water and return to the store for a full refund.
