The weather has not been kind to those in Little Falls getting ready for the Greater Mohawk Valley Land Bank Presentation, but a date has finally been set for it!

After originally being scheduled for January 17th, The MV Land Bank Presentation was rescheduled to January 24th due to weather conditions. It was postponed yet again on that day due to weather on that day until further notice. The new date for the presentation will now be Wednesday, February 15th 6-8pm.

The event will have an overview of what the Greater Mohawk Valley Land Bank is and how it works, the best practices for maximizing the opportunities available under this program, and the The management, sale, and refurbishment of ZOMBIE properties.

The event will also have guest speakers, including Karl Gustafson, Tolga Marowsky, Dan Sullivan, Michael Brown, Mark Domenico, Judy Wolf, and Mayor of Little Falls Mark Blask.
