Here are the sites in Oneida County where taxpayers can get assistance:

1) Education Opportunity Center located at 524 Elizabeth Street in Utica

You can call them at (315) 731-5871 to set up a time. They generally do taxes 10AM to 3PM on Wednesdays and Fridays

2) Jervis Public Library located at 613 North Washington Street in Rome

You can call them at (315) 336-4570 to set up a time. They generally do taxes noon to 4PM on Tuesdays, and 4PM to 8PM on Thursdays.

 

3) Utica State Office Building located at 207 Genesee Street in Utica

You can call them at (315) 793-2254 to set up a time. They generally do taxes 9AM to 3:30PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
