Lets face it if you are planning a nice romantic evening for Valentines Day and dinner is included, there may be some things you might want to stay away from to guarantee a perfect night. Foods to avoid if you are looking to have a great night.

1)  Garlic

Even though it is good for you, it is not good on a date night. It causes terrible breath and I don't care how much gum you chew or how many breath savers you pop in your mouth they will not disguise it.

2)  Ham and Cabbage

St. Patrick's Day, OK, Valentines Day not OK. The worst feeling in the world is when you are in that passionate moment and you feel that rumble in your stomach. You know you can not stop it, either it will smell terrible or as they say, Never Trust A Fart.

3)  Tacos or Burritos

Keep in mind you will be tasting these for the next 2 or 3 days every time you burp. You would not want to be in the middle of a great kiss and have this happen.

4)  Meat and Mashed Potatoes

This would normally be a great meal, however if you are thinking of a movie and a little passion forget it after this meal you will need to take a nap.

Have a great Valentines Day! Weather it is a first date or a date to put the spark back in your relationship enjoy it.
