Dave Grohl's scary leg injury won't keep Foo Fighters from their already-announced North American tour. The dates begin with a July 4 appearance at Washington, D.C.'s RFK Stadium that also features Heart and newly minted Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Joan Jett.

Other key stops include multi-night stands in Toronto, New York City, Boston, Denver, Austin and Los Angeles. A Sept. 18 concert at Anaheim's Honda Center has been moved to Oct. 17. You can see the complete list of dates and cities below.

Grohl fell off the stage during a show on June 12 in Gothenburg, Sweden, and seemed to immediately grasp the scope of his mishap. “I think I just broke my leg,” he said. “I think I really broke my leg.” After Grohl’s accident, drummer Taylor Hawkins then led the Foo Fighters through a series of classic-rock cover songs before Grohl returned, singing and playing guitar while an assistant held his leg in place. Grohl said he felt “lucky that I’ve got my band, so that when I break my f—ing leg they can still play music!”

But this sense of didn't last long. Grohl underwent surgery a few days later, and doctors then ordered him to take a lengthy break from the road. Foo Fighters canceled the remainder of their European dates so Grohl could recover.
