August 25, 2017, NYS Health Inspections finds critical violations at the Mexican Restaurant in Rome.

*Potentially hazardous foods are not stored under refrigeration except during necessary preparation or approved precooling procedures (room temperature storage).
*Non-food contact surfaces of equipment not clean
*Floors, walls, ceilings, not smooth, properly constructed, in disrepair, dirty surfaces.

8/28/2017 Not enough refrigerated storage equipment is available at Teddy's on August 28, 2017.

*Accurate thermometers not available or used to evaluate potentially hazardous food temperatures during cooking, cooling, reheating and holding.
*Enough refrigerated storage equipment is not present, properly designed, maintained or operated so that all potentially hazardous foods are cooled properly and stored below 45oF as required.

8/3/2017 The August 3 Health Inspections at the Celtic Harp finds critical violations.

*Shellfish not from approved sources, improperly tagged/labeled, tags not retained 90 days.
*Accurate thermometers not available or used to evaluate refrigerated or heated storage temperatures.

These restaurants/clubs/churches have 30 – 60 days to fix the critical problems discovered by the NYS Health Department. You can get all up to date Health Department violations at the New York State Health Department website.
