“SHUT UP SIT DOWN & EAT ™” is America’s first plomedy! aka "Stai zitto siediti e mangia."  A plomedy is a new theatrical event that blends the wit of stand-up comedy and the intensity of a one-man show presented in an innovative play format by professional comedians.

When a therapist fails to arrive on time for a group therapy session, four impatient Italian Americans take their issues into their own hands and invent a new type of therapy – Italian therapy! Enjoy the rollercoaster ride of laughter, insight and revelation. Come join us for a night of hilarious dysfunction Italian style! The play is written and performed by four outstanding seasoned New York comedians. It features the comedic styles of Tina Giorgi, Joe Moffa, Chris Monty and Eric Tartaglione. Directed by Tom Ingegno.
