"VEGAS" is this year's Blowout theme! Local salons will design hair, make-up, and outfits for their models to display on the runway at the beautiful Landmark...keeping in mind the bright lights and over-the-top brilliance that is Las Vegas! A panel of judges will score the entries and award prizes in a number of categories. So, come have fun and enjoy the fantastic models, drama, music, raffles, specialty cocktail and more! - all proceeds benefit the Q Center, Syracuse's safe space for LGBTQ youth and their allies.
