The Black River Valley Fiddlers’ Association will play a free concert of fiddle music on Sunday, July 7th from 2-5 pm at the North American Fiddlers’ Hall of Fame and Museum in Osceola NY. The concert is funded in part by the New York State Council on the Arts, a state agency.
