The Officers & Members of the Frankfort Volunteer Fire Department in partnership with other regional emergency services agencies and departments are collaborating in a fundraising effort to construct and dedicate a regional 9/11 memorial. The 9/11 Memorial Project is projected to be constructed, within the Firefighters Memorial Park located on South Litchfield Street or NYS Route 171. Frankfort New York.
We are honored to host the first fundraiser with ALL proceeds earmarked for the 9/11 Memorial. On Friday, September 11, 2015, we are hosting a 9/11 Memorial Concert featuring “Showtime”. Showtime is a well know musical group featuring talented local musicians. The concert will be held at the Herkimer County Fairgrounds, from 7:00 to 11:00 PM. Admission is $10.00, per person. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the concert.
