Bubby Everson turns 9 on February 11th and he isn't asking for what most boys his age ask for. The Washington state boy, who suffers from Congenital CMV disease, just wants some mail with stickers.

Bubby’s dad Thomas Everson tells Q 13 Fox, "He’ll play with the stickers. He’ll put stickers all over the place.”

Bubby was a very fussy baby and the only thing that soothed him was rhythmic movements, like swinging, bouncing, and patting his bottom. His parents say 'once we found out about his diagnosis, we were sent to a doctor that told us that they could not give us a "life expectancy" on him because most kids with his complications don't live past 15 years old."

Bubby uses a cochlear implant to hear and wears casts on both feet to help with the scoliosis when he`s not in his wheelchair. His parents say he suffered from a number of problems.

-Autism with major sensory issues
-Cerebral palsy
-Scoliosis
-Epilepsy (multiple forms of seizures)
-Deafness
-Vision impairment
-Executive function impairment disorder
-ODD
-ADHD
-Mycroephally
-G-tube fed for most of his nutrients
-Digestive issues
-Intellectually disability
-He's mentally about 4 years old
-He's immune compromised
-Bubby even has allergies to our carpets and most of our chairs.

Bubby's story is touching people all over the world as cards filled with stickers are pouring in. People are posting their packages on Bubby's Facebook event's page. If you want to join in and mail Bubby a birthday gift you can send it to a PO Box the family has set up.

I've found a few country stickers and frog tattoos. The staff is working to see what they can find too so we can send Bubby a BIG box for his birthday. Will you join us?

The family is also trying to raise money for a special sensory room for Bubby. The donations are rolling in for Bubby there too. For more information on that, visit their online fundraising website.
