The Bagg's Square Neighborhood Association is throwing a block party and you're invited!

On Sunday July 31, from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. head down to Bagg's Square on the 100 block of Genesee Street and get to know Utica's historic neighborhood with food, drinks, family and tons of activities.

You will be able to take a walking tour of Bagg's Square while accompanied by local historians at noon and 2 p.m.

Utica Coffee Roasting and A&P master Images will also be giving tours of their businesses.

  • Shriners clowns
  • Apex Auto magazine
  • Face painting
  • A bubble area for the kids
  • Live art demonstrations
  • Food specials

The event will feature live music from Utica based horn and pop band 'D.Funk.D.'

To close out the day, the Bagg's Square Association will dedicate a plaque to the Landmark Society, thanking them for their help with the newly painted mural at 98 Genesee Street.
