The Mexican Dia de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, is a day to honor our ancestors and celebrate the blessings of life. This Friday, D.H. Burrell Overlook Mansion in Little Falls invites you to join them for a family-friendly, Dia de los Muertos themed celebration.

This Friday, October 28th, from 6:00 until 9:00, you can celebrate fall and honor the dead in style! Catering will be provided by That Little Place on Main and all proceeds will go to the Little Falls Theater Company (LiFT).

This event will also offer an opportunity for salsa dancing Sergio and Yulia, following their demonstrations earlier this week at Copper Moose. Kids will also have some fun of their own with sugar skull painting and a scavenger hunt. Costumes are not required for his event but are encouraged!

Face painting, spooky tours, scary stories, and fortune telling will also be provided by LiFT Theater. Characters in costume will be roaming the halls of the Overlook Mansion and LiFT's own "DJ of the Dead" will be providing music. Guests will also have a chance to play Loteria, which is similar to bingo, with a Dia de los Muertos theme.

Advance tickets will be $25 for adults and $12.50 for children 12 and under. Package prices include $40 for two adults and $30 for one adult and one child. A family package is also available for $50 and includes 2 adults and 2 children. Tickets will also be available at the door for $30 for adults and $15 for children. Advanced tickets can be purchased here.
