David Crosby Hits Jogger With His Car Doing 55 MPH [VIDEO]

It sounds like an unfortunate accident. David Crosby was driving through wine country and hit a jogger doing 55 mph because the sun was in his eyes. 

The 46 year male jogger was hit by David Crosby on Sunday in his 2015 Black Tesla according to California Highway Patrol. They also confirmed drugs or alcohol were not a factor. The accident may have happened because of sun glare.

USA Today is reporting:

The jogger was knocked down and suffered multiple fractures, abrasions and lacerations. He was airlifted to a hospital in Santa Barbara, but his injuries were not considered life threatening.

David Crosby, 73, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, was driving near his home in Santa Ynez at the time of the collision. He was relieved to hear the injuries of the jogger are not life threatening and hopes he has a speedy recovery.
