David Bowie has given us lots of great music over the past four decades. Here are some things you may find interesting about a few of his songs.

Fame -  It was Bowies first hit in the US. John Lennon helped write the song. He also came up with the title, and sang back round on the high parts. Bowie says Fame is a song about what it is like to be famous.

Lets Dance -  It was the title track to the album that was produced by Nile Rodgers, who founded the Disco band Chic. Stevie Ray Vaughan played lead guitar on the song.

Space Oddity -  Bowie wrote the song after seeing 2001: A Space Oddysey,  its a play on the phrase " Space Oddysey " the title does not appear in the lyrics. The song tells the story of Major Tom, a fictional Astronaut who cuts off communication with Earth and floats into space.
